Detail Stone LLC warrants all workmanship for five years from the completion date. We will repair any workmanship failures during this period at no cost, including labour and materials. Installed materials and equipment are covered by the manufacturers’ written warranty only. Detail Stone LLC makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, and our agents and technicians are not authorized to make any other warranties.

We are licensed and insured for up to $500,000 and provide Workers’ Comp for all employees on your property.

We pull all city required permits and call Gopher State One Call to have all underground utilities marked.

Before the project starts, you’ll get an estimated time line. We strive to stick to this schedule, the greatest factor in delay is weather. Ben will call you every morning with progress updates and daily plans. We arrive at our yard at 8 AM, load materials, and get to the site by 9 AM. Our workday ends around 5 PM. Ben, the owner of Detail Stone, will visit the job site several times during your project, and there will always be a foreman on site.

We require a 10% retainer when you accept the project proposal. The final balance is due once the project is completed unless a payment plan is arranged prior to project start date.
